2. Description of Services

Elixir Trading provides:

• Access to a private Discord community for cryptocurrency traders
• Trading signals and market analysis
• Proprietary trading indicators for TradingView
• Educational content and resources
• A referral program for members

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Account Registration

To access our services, you must:

• Connect a valid Discord account
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscription Plans & Payment

We offer the following subscription plans:

• 7-Day Trial: $30 USD - 7 days of access
• Monthly: $200 USD - 30 days of access
• Lifetime: $2,000 USD - Permanent access

Payments are processed in cryptocurrency (SOL). The SOL amount is calculated at the time of purchase based on current market rates. Once a payment is confirmed on the blockchain, access is granted automatically.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our services and immediate access granted upon payment, we do not offer refunds. We encourage you to start with the 7-day trial to evaluate our services before committing to longer plans. If you experience technical issues accessing our services, please contact us through Discord for assistance.

7. Referral Program

Our referral program allows members to earn commissions:

• Earn 25% commission on purchases made using your referral code
• Commissions are tracked automatically and can be viewed in your dashboard
• Abuse of the referral system (self-referrals, fake accounts, etc.) will result in termination of your account and forfeiture of commissions
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time

8. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share, distribute, or resell access to our services or content
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our trading indicators or proprietary tools
• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other members in our community
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Manipulate or abuse the referral program
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elixir Trading and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
